Mr Shelf deliveries
MR SHELF LTD endeavors to get your delivery on time and in one piece, in accordance with our quality customer service mission.
Orders placed before 1:00 pm will be dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday only excluding public holidays). All orders placed after 1:00 pm will be dispatched the following day (Monday to Friday only excluding public holidays).
Please allow an extra one or two business days for delivery to rural addresses. If for some reason we cannot fulfill your order within the specified timeframe, you will be notified by email of the new delivery time.
We are not able to deliver goods to PO Boxes!
Orders made on a New Zealand public holiday will be processed on the next business day.
ORDER DELIVERY TIME
MR SHELF LTD is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the delivery service, excluding weekends, holidays and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak seasons.
Any quotations for delivery times by the MR SHELF LTD are made in good faith but are estimates, and the seller shall not be bound by such a quotation.

-Shipping and Handling Fee options are listed at the checkout page and require buyers to select the correct location upon checkout.
-Deliberate selection of incorrect shipping options. Selecting a non-rural destination when based in Rural Location to avoid correct freight charges will result in fee reimbursement and delay in Delivery.
-Item(s) will not be shipped until payment has been received in full and has cleared.
-When purchasing multiple bulky products, freight will increase according to qty.
- Smaller items purchased with bulky items will be shipped free of charge.
RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE
All items purchased from MR SHELF LTD are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
MR SHELF LTD will not be held responsible for any damage, loss, or delay occurring to goods in transit. Accordingly, we recommend that you arrange your own transit insurance.
Prior to acknowledging delivery to the carrier, the buyer must ensure that the complete consignment as per the carrier’s note has been received.
The Buyer must check their item immediately to confirm damaged condition on arrival and report any damages or faults to the MR SHELF LTD by phone 07 574 8686, or e-mail directly (with photos if necessary) within 48hrs of having received their item. Please specify the item title and invoice number. We reserve the right to refuse any claims that are made after this time frame.
MR SHELF LTD will decide which service is more appropriate for every delivery based on the different services offered.
Delivery of Bulky items is done strictly door to door – Curb Side Service. This means that Driver will not take Bulky items up flights of stairs or difficult to access areas. The driver will make decisions based on his sole discretion as to the level of assistance to provide upon delivery. As such, we strongly recommend, particularly for Bulky items, to have several people assisting with delivery.
