we commit to delivering your storage shelving on time and in perfect condition.

Things You Need to Know

When ordering online, if you are picking up from a showroom or have a local delivery option selected,

all products will come fully assembled.

Local deliveries all products come fully assembled.

 

All other deliveries outside our local area and ordered online are flat packed, crated, and shipped via Mainfreight.

Instructions for assembly will be available via this website shortly.

​

Please note if you require your product fully assembled please call o7 5748686 and discuss this option.

 

DISPATCH

​

Once we have received your online order, we will organize the shipping of your products.

Depending on your region, shipping can take from 5 days to 20 working days.

If you are concerned about your delivery please call Mr. Shelf reception on 07 5748686 and we will follow up with the freight company for you.

 

Please allow an extra one or two business days for delivery to rural addresses.

If your access is difficult and our delivery trucks cannot reach your address, your product will be returned to the MR Shelf factory and you will be contacted. There is no refund on freight if your access is difficult and we haven't been made fully aware of the difficulties involved.

If for some reason we cannot fulfill your order within the specified timeframe, you will be notified by email of the new delivery time.

 

We are not able to deliver goods to PO Boxes!

 

Public Holidays

 

Orders made on a New Zealand public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

 

ORDER DELIVERY TIME

​

MR SHELF LTD is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the delivery service, excluding weekends, and holidays, and may vary with some destinations.

 

Any quotations for delivery times by MR SHELF LTD are made in good faith but are estimates, and the seller shall not be bound by such a quotation.

SHIPPING CHARGES

​

Shipping fees are listed on the checkout page and require buyers to select the correct location upon checkout.

 

Deliberate selection of incorrect shipping options to avoid correct freight charges will result in a delay in Delivery & correct charges applied.

 

Item(s) will not be shipped until payment has been received in full and has cleared.

 

When purchasing multiple bulky products, freight will increase according to qty.

 

 

RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE

​

All items purchased from MR SHELF LTD are shipped via Mainfreight. You are entitled to arrange your own alternate carrier for shipping. Please call Mr. Shelf on 07 574 8686 to discuss this option.

​

Local deliveries are shipped via MR Shelf delivery teams.

​

All care is taken to ensure your products are shipped with care.

 

Pick up from either our Mt Maunganui or Hamilton showrooms are free of charge.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

​

Prior to acknowledging delivery to the carrier, the buyer must ensure that the complete consignment as per the carrier’s note has been received.

 

The Buyer must check their item immediately to confirm damaged condition on arrival and report any damages or faults to the MR SHELF LTD by phone at 07 574 8686, or e-mail directly (with photos if necessary) within 48hrs of having received their item.

 

Please specify the item title and invoice number. We reserve the right to refuse any claims that are made after this time frame.

 

TRANSPORT COMPANIES

​

MR SHELF LTD will decide which service is more appropriate for every delivery based on the different services offered.

 

Delivery of Bulky items is done strictly door to door – Curb Side Service. This means that Driver will not take Bulky items up flights of stairs or difficult-to-access areas.

 

The driver will make decisions based on his sole discretion as to the level of assistance to provide upon delivery. As such, we strongly recommend, particularly for Bulky items, to have several people assisting with delivery.
